The unit contents are to be cleaned out in its entirety and the unit left in broom swept condition within 72 hours after the completion of auction or by a time specified and arranged by the facility. The buyer is responsible for all costs of labor and disposal of items in unit. Payment-- CASH ONLY. Full payment is due during initial contact with office management before the unit is untagged. Winning bidder provides Photo ID and $100 cash deposit upon initial contact with office management. Personal Records. All personal paperwork, family photos, social security cards, birth certificates, government issued licenses or ID, tax records, medical records, school diplomas, and work history on computer hardware or computer disc information pertaining to this unit must be boxed and returned to the site manage. Tax Exempt Buyers must have copies of current sales tax certificate and all state forms filled out in order to be tax exempt. All other buyers will be responsible for paying all applicable sales tax. Subject to errors and omissions and to any undisclosed liens. No warranties and/or guarantees are expressed or implied, including merchandise descriptions. We make no representations as to value or condition of contents in unit.
A temporary gate code will be issued for buyer if they need access after office hours. Office hours are 9AM-5PM M-F and 9AM-12pm Saturdays. NO dumpster or bathroom on site. We will contact you via email and telephone once the auction has closed.
We do not guarantee title or condition of any vehicles that may be in the auction.

Note to Buyers of Online Self Storage Auctions
In accordance with our Terms of Use Agreement, the buyer
agrees to the following:
- Winning auction buyers MUST
make contact with the facility manager to make arrangements for payment
and pick up won auctions with in 24hrs.
- Premium payments for won
auctions MUST be made within 24hrs of auction closing. Failure to make
payment within that time frame will result in loss of the auction and
account suspension.
- We accept bids in increments of $10, bidders also have the ability to
place a MAX BID that is at least $20 or more than the current bid amount.
- Any bids placed within the
last 3 minutes of the auction will cause the auction time to extend an
additional 3 minutes from that time.
- With our Standard Membership,
the winning bidder will be charged a 15% buyer premium of each unit. With
our Executive Membership, the winning bidder will be exempt of the buyer
premium for a reoccurring monthly payment of $59.95 (billed anniversary
style).
- Depending on the facility, a
10% deposit may be charged to the winning bidder's credit card at the
close of the auction. That amount will be subtracted from the final amount
due at the facility.
- Bidders MUST clean out the
unit entirely, leaving it in broom-swept condition while abiding by the
rules and regulations of the facility, before the end of the 48-72 hr
clean out period.
- Winning bidders understand
they are entering into a binding purchase contract. Failure to pay either
party and clean out the unit completely will result in the bidder's
account being suspended.
- The facility has the right to
cancel the auction at anytime.
- The defaulted tenant has the
legal right to cure the account thus cancelling the auction. This is true
up until the payment is received from the winning bidder to both
SelfStorageAuction.com and the storage facility in question, unless
otherwise stated in the state's lien laws or facility.
- Winning bidders are
responsible for their winning bids, taxes, and other fees associated with
their account regardless of whether they claim ownership of the unit(s).
- By registering and agreeing
to our Terms of Use, all bidders agree to not dispute credit card charges
processed through www.SelfStorageAuction.com.
- Upon account being suspended
all active winning bids will be removed.
- If a unit sale has 0bid(s) or the highest bidder and or subsequent bidders have failed to pay and follow through on the sale, then the unit becomes property of the seller and they can dispose of items or relist the unit, it would be at the discretion of the seller.
